1 My Journey to Success
I have always possessed great work ethic, but I never went to college—it just wasn’t for me. I married the love of my life, and he opened a business. It went well for a while, but then everything came crashing down, and we lost it all. I started working for a satellite dish company, tried a few odd jobs, and then met a gentleman who interviewed me for a customer service job. He saw potential in me and gave me the job even though I wasn’t knowledgeable in that field. He employed me for a few years, trained me in customer service and sales, gave me great advice, and taught me the importance of genuine service to others. Mindset is everything. I guess that once he saw I was great with customers, responsible, and a hard worker, he recommended me to sign up with FEC and suggested I become a realtor. I was already thinking about it because I saw where his business plans were leaning towards—his wife had become a realtor—and I wanted to be a part of it and of service. I didn’t go through FEC and just took the pre-licensing course. I failed the state exam. I contacted FEC, got the Essentials package, and 30 days later, I passed it. I became a real estate broker, and I love what I do. In a short period of time, because of my discipline and hard work, with the help of their leads, referral program, and fast track coaching, everything turned around for me. I have since purchased my first new SUV, a new home (on my own), and my husband is also working great—he’s a hard worker and has always supported me 100%. We also just had a beautiful baby girl. It has been the best years of my life, and I am happy to have chosen real estate as the career for me. By the way, I am an award-winning realtor—TOP Producer! Never give up. Hard work pays off..
2 Career Experience
I always dreamed of a high-income earning job that allowed me to take advantage of my customer service skills and also gave me the ability to manage my time. Without a college education, I was told by many that it wasn’t possible. Then I was introduced to real estate! My journey has been extremely enriching in learning, and I feel fulfilled in and with my career. I’m so proud of myself and impressed by how much I’ve been able to accomplish in such a short amount of time. I have been able to challenge myself to break personal records every year since, and I have.
2 Best Part of My Profession
The best part of working in my profession is that I essentially get to be my own boss. I’m grateful to have a career that allows me to still make time for my kids and family.

3 Advice for Aspiring Agents
The biggest piece of advice I would give to someone interested in real estate is to be disciplined, determined, consistent, and patient. This is the type of career where you need to believe in yourself, the process you are taught, and your clients in order to see the results.
4 Future Goals
Future Goals In five years, I picture myself continuing to be an award-winning realtor, Top 1% Producer, leading a team at the company I work with, owning large rental properties, and investing in real estate rehabs.
