I was managing an Enterprise store when I was introduced to the insurance career and its benefits. Learning that the potential income was significantly higher than most college grads intrigued me. Initially, it bothered me that people in the insurance industry, who didn’t go to college, were making more than those with PhDs. While I don't regret my college years, I'm grateful to have discovered the insurance field. FEC guided me through the steps and helped me establish a lucrative career without the need for coaching or mentoring programs.

The flexibility in my job is self-motivating. I create my own schedule, work as much as I want, and grow at my own pace. Helping people secure their most important assets is incredibly rewarding.

The best part is the time flexibility. I can attend every Cubs game I want without having a boss to stop me. This freedom applies to everything else I wish to do.

You must be self-motivated to succeed in this field. You reap what you sow. Dedication and hard work are key.
